About the workshop
As doulas and birthworkers, we provide support for a wide range of births and postpartums. If you want to learn new skills and enrich the care you offer birthing parents who have had c-sections, then this workshop is for you.
The C-Section Scar Massage Masterclass will cover:
Early scar care and recovery
Massaging c-section scars
How to reduce pain, sensitivity and numbness
What you learn in this workshop can be used post-section from day 1 through to months/years later. You'll learn practical techniques as well as a broader understanding of scar work.
