The Postnatal Refresher

• Postnatal mental health
• Infant behaviour - what are the key things to know for infant sleep and feeding?

The workshop will be interactive and informative. You'll come away feeling confident in what is happening for women and birthing people postnatally.  You'll be able to enrich your offering to your clients, thinking about how to adapt what you do to include what you've learned.
